Online school has definitely been a challenge for most students so when McNary school counselor Mrs. Jessica Rist and McNary Geometry teacher Mr. Josh Scott had the opportunity to do home visits with students they jumped at the opportunity. Rist said most of her interactions with students were positive, Rist says " In my interactions with students and check-ins so far this week I have heard a lot of wonderful stories about family time, time spent with books, and sleeping well past noon."

 But Scott's interactions were different; he states " the hardest part about having online school is that school is right across the room." Students are looking forward to going back to school rather than staying the online school route. Scott says he doesn't like online school as much as actually going to school. He says it's very hard for him to get to class let alone being a 14 or 15 year old student trying to get to class at 8:00 in the morning.
