Brandon Van Voorhis was 3rd in the 400 at the state championships for track. I know he battled some injuries this year, so that was a great effort!
Today Wyatt Kesler will be signing to wrestle for Umpqua Community College starting next fall. Come down to the library to support his great achievement at 5pm the doors will open at 4:45pm
McNary’s last Track meet will be this Wednesday, May 3rd at South Salem. Our track team will be facing off against not only South Salem but also North Salem. Come out to South Salem to support McNary Track. First event will start at 3:15!
The varsity baseball team will be playing against McMinnville on Tuesday, April 18th. The game will start at 5pm so be there to support our celts as they take on the grizzlies.
The McNary track team will be hosting a home meet vs Forest Grove High School. Field events will start at 3:45 and running events will begin at 4 on Wednesday, April 19th.
Do you need community service hours? Do you like to support your fellow classmates? Volunteer at McNary home track meets. See Mrs. Reichle-Bailon in room 255 to sign up.
McNary’s 6th Annual Athletic Booster Club Fundraiser will be held on June 3rd and social hour begins at 5pm. The auction and dinner will be held at the Log House Garden at Willow Lake, 5655 Windsor Island Rd. N Keizer, OR 97303. Tickets can be purchased at mcnaryabc.com and if you are interested in donating
There is a rooter bus going to N. Medford on Friday to watch our Boys Basketball team play in there second playoff game! The bus will be leaving at 1pm. There are still have seats available so go to the Athletic Office to sign up for this trip.
Track and Field athletes get your paperwork in to the athletic office. Practice starts Feb 27th at 3:15 on the track. Make sure to dress warm.
Our wrestlers competed this last weekend at the District Tournament. We finished 7th out of 9 teams but were only 8 points away from 3rd place and really did exceed our expectations. So if you have a chance, please congratulate our wrestler. The following 8 people qualified for the State Tournament which begins this Friday in Portland
