New Age Cross Fit Club

We explore new variations of exercise and mental focus such as crossfit, bodyweight exercises, and various disciplines of club fitness (ie Kickboxing, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, MMA) for the purpose of fitness, body control, focus and discipline.  Anyone not currently in a sport is invited to attend.  We make a strong point to maintain a safe and functioning environment where anyone can participate and learn the various methods for exercise. Participants need to be ready with t-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes, wrestling shoes (if you have them), and sweatshirt/sweats
